With guitars, bodhrans and mandolin in hand, The Sorries sing, play and banter their way through a selection of songs from the much-loved Scottish songbook. Although some of the tunes date back over 300 years, the pair’s arrangements and harmonies make them sound as vibrant as ever.
Their 12 year career has seen The Sorries play venues as diverse as Carnegie Hall, Murrayfield Stadium, Eigg Community Hall, and the Thomas Paine Chapel in East Sussex. 2019 saw the duo venture to Russia to play two shows, including a headline slot at Moscow’s Samhain Festival.
They are also established favourites at the Edinburgh Festival Fringe, with over 200 shows in 11 years garnering them a fan base across the UK, Europe and beyond.
